Service scope and eligibility

Damon Salvatore AI provides tools for creating AI-generated video from content submitted by users. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to accept these terms.

Uploaded content, likeness rights and permissions

You must own the necessary rights to each image, video, prompt or other item you submit, or have permission from the relevant rights holder. If a real person is depicted, you must also have that person’s authorization for the requested AI processing and use of their likeness.

You retain any rights you hold in submitted content. You grant Damon Salvatore AI a limited license to receive, process, transmit and store that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the requested service.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Videos are generated by AI models. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete or defective and may include visual artifacts, altered identity features, body or facial distortion, inconsistent motion, or other unnatural output. A result is not guaranteed to match a reference image or your expectations.

You must review generated content before relying on, publishing or sharing it. You are responsible for deciding whether the result is lawful and suitable for your intended use.

Generation availability and third-party services

AI generation may fail, be delayed or be interrupted. The service depends on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio for Wan video generation, Supabase for authentication and private application storage, Cloudflare R2 for public reference and demonstration media, Replicate and Waffo for configured content checks, and Waffo for hosted checkout. Their availability and processing may affect the service and its output.

No particular model, price, duration, resolution, processing time or result is promised unless it is expressly shown as available when you submit a request.

Credits and purchases

Credits are limited service units used for eligible generation requests; they are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred unless required by law or expressly stated by the configured service. Current credit costs and purchase options are the ones shown on the Pricing page at the time of use.

When a generation request starts, the required credits may be reserved. Under the current generation flow, a failed request returns the reserved credits to the user’s service balance. A credit return is not a refund to the original payment method. Payment refund eligibility is described separately in the Refund Policy.

Credit Packs and One-Time Passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The service does not offer a recurring subscription unless a recurring plan is expressly identified at checkout with its billing interval and cancellation terms.

Intellectual property and use of results

You must not submit or use content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness or other rights. You are responsible for the claims, permissions, notices and licenses required for your use of generated content.

Rights holders may send a copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness complaint to support@damonsalvatoreai.net with identification of the protected work or person, the disputed material, contact information and a good-faith explanation. The operator may restrict access to or remove retrievable material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed complaint and may request additional verification.

Account restriction and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or personal-data deletion through support@damonsalvatoreai.net. The operator may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security abuse or legal requirements. Payment, accounting, dispute and security records may still be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service in ways that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to: pornography or non-consensual sexual content; violence, gore or glorification of real-world violence; hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics; child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors; unauthorized deepfakes or impersonation; and copyright or trademark infringement. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction or termination, and reporting to authorities where required by law.

Service interruption and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where applicable law requires otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damon Salvatore AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular output and is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Support and disputes

The service is operated by Gao Heyang (Individual / Sole Trader), based in the People's Republic of China. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Questions, billing concerns, rights complaints and disputes may be sent to support@damonsalvatoreai.net. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.

One-Time Pass and account credits

When enabled, a One-Time Pass is a separate, single-use entitlement linked to a verified paid order and a secure anonymous browser session. It does not create an account or add credits to a wallet. Credit Packs instead require an authenticated account and add credits only after a verified payment webhook is fulfilled.

A One-Time Pass is reserved for one generation task at a time and consumed only after successful generation. A failed task may restore the entitlement for a deliberate retry or support resolution; it does not by itself mean that the original payment has been refunded.
