Refund Policy

This policy distinguishes refunds to the original payment method from automatic returns of service credits or restoration of a One-Time Pass entitlement.

Payment refund

An approved payment refund is returned to the original payment method through Waffo. A refund is not created merely because credits are returned to a service balance or a One-Time Pass is restored.

Credit purchases and unused credits

You may request a refund for a wholly unused Credit Pack within 7 days of purchase. Partially used packs are reviewed case by case and any approved amount may reflect credits already consumed and non-refundable processing costs. Fully consumed packs are generally not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Failed generation and credit return

Under the current generation flow, credits reserved for a request that fails before successful completion are returned to the user’s service balance. This is a credit return, not a payment refund, and does not send money to the original payment method.

Duplicate charge

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support@damonsalvatoreai.net with the relevant order information. The operator will verify the transaction records before determining the appropriate correction or refund; the service does not promise an automatic outcome or fixed processing time.

Refund request

Send payment refund and billing requests to support@damonsalvatoreai.net with the email address used for the account and the relevant order or transaction details. Do not send full payment-card information. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

One-Time Pass generation failure

An unused One-Time Pass may be submitted for a refund request within 7 days of purchase. A failed generation restores or preserves the entitlement for retry; you may instead contact support for refund review. After one video is successfully generated, the pass is consumed and generally not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
